Dobry den, beznym pouzivanim se me ulomil caplik na jedne strane nabijecky, takze nabijecka nedrzi na naramku a nejde naramek normalne nabijet. Vztahuje se na toto reklamace nebo pripadne da se koupit nova nabijecka? Dekuji za odpoved.

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat jak je to se sdílením informací s chytrým telefonem? Lze náramek používat bez propojení s telefonem? Když večer propojím s telefonem prostřednictví bluetooth nahrají se mi veškerá data nasbírána přes den z náramku do mobilní aplikace nebo je nutné neustále u sebe nosit mobilní telefon s aplikací a se zapnutým bluetooth?

Dobrý den, bohužel se mi náramek nepodařilo spárovat s telefonem (Lenovo A 536). Respektive aplikace Veryfit 2.0 náramek nevyhledá. Už jsme vyzkoušeli snad všechno i výměnu hodinek. Máte další nápad co s tím? děkuji

Dobrý den, náramek se mi líbí, ale v návodu, který je na u výrobku online, jsem si přečetl, že výrobek nemá být vystaven tekutinám, mimo jiné potu. Mohu se tedy zeptat jak bych měl náramek správně použít, abych ho nevystavil potu...kterému při sportovní aktivitě logicky nemohu zabránit pokud budu mít náramek na ruce! Předem děkuji za reakci

Koupila jsem si ho a nejde mi zapnout krokoměr - respektive jsem ve sportovním režimu, čas v pohodě běží, tep se měří, ale kroky to nenaměří ani jeden.. Čím to je? Je to rozbité?
