The GymBeam HMB anabolizer, or ß-hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate, is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, which is one of the most important amino acids in BCAAs. The daily dose contains 3 g of ß-hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate. You can take GymBeam HMB after sports or split the daily dose of 4 tablets by taking 2 tablets 30-60 minutes before training and 2 immediately after training.
