The calibrated 9 kg flywheel enables trouble-free training for people weighing up to 150 kg. The exercise bike is equipped with a modern magnetic brake controlled electronically, which ensures smooth and very quiet running. Housefit Tiro 100 iTrain is suitable for people whose height does not exceed 190 cm. You will also appreciate the adjustable handlebars and saddle, which can be adjusted horizontally and vertically, allowing the bike to be adapted to individual needs.

The handy LCD displays all the necessary functions such as heart rate, speed, time, distance, calories burned and stored programs. The heart rate measurement is performed using sensors in the handles, but the exercise bike also has an integrated receiver for attaching the chest strap. The exercise bike also offers 12 preset programs with a track profile that automatically changes the load during training. There is also a program to maintain a constant watts, HRC program, which is controlled by heart rate, the possibility of creating your own program and, of course, manual mode.
With tablet and bottle holder
Using the Recovery function, the exercise bike determines your physical condition by evaluating the rate of heart rate drop immediately after training. For maximum workout, the Housefit Tiro 100 iTrain is equipped with a tablet holder so you can watch movies or videos during your workout. A part of the simulator is also a practical bottle holder ensuring compliance with the drinking regime. There is also the possibility of connecting a training applicationiConsole + via bluetooth.
