Jerky' s unique dried meat production process

Meat producer Jerky takes care of following a proven production process. First, all fat parts and tendons are removed from quality meat. In this way, the lean meat is cut into thin slices and then marinated according to a secret Indian recipe. The producers place the loaded meat on the racks by hand, here the Jerky meat is dried for several hours at different temperatures, so that it finally flows and smells of smoke. Finally, slicing and weighing follows, the meat is then divided into bags according to weight. All production takes place under constant supervision and of course there is also an output control.
