KINE-MAX Professional Super Loop Resistance Band 3 Medium

The Kine-MAX Professional Super Loop resistance band is designed for fitness training, rehabilitation, or as an assistance tool for pull-up bars. Its key feature is progressive resistance, which increases as the band is stretched. This version provides resistance ranging from 15–30kg, making it suitable for strengthening and stretching various muscle groups. Its seamless loop design ensures reliability even during intensive use.

The principle of progressive resistance

Unlike dumbbells, where the load is constant, the force needed to stretch a resistance band increases gradually. Exercising with progressive resistance is gentler on your joints because the load builds smoothly throughout the entire range of motion. The resistance is lowest at the beginning of the exercise and reaches its maximum value when the band is fully stretched—in this case, up to 30kg. This principle enables the effective building of both strength and endurance.

Support for training and rehabilitation

You will appreciate the Kine-MAX band in many situations. When doing pull-ups, it helps you overcome the most difficult phase of the movement, enabling you to perform more repetitions. In fitness training, it serves to increase the load for bodyweight exercises. It is also suitable for rehabilitation after an injury, allowing for the gradual and controlled strengthening of weakened muscles without the risk of overloading that can occur with fixed weights.

Durable design for reliable performance

The resistance band is made as a single, seamless loop, which eliminates the risk of it snapping at a join—a common weak point in glued bands. The rubber material used is characterised by its flexibility and long lifespan, even with frequent use. The band retains its resistance and shape, making it a reliable tool for every workout. With a total length of 208cm, it offers enough range for a wide variety of exercises.
