Light flux

It is specified in Lumens (lm) and the higher the value, the more intensely the headlamp shines. Some LED headlamps offer multiple levels of light intensity, adjustable either in steps or continuously. However, the higher luminous flux shortens the endurance.
Up to 100 lm - headlamp for home use (lighting in the basement, in the attic, when repairing the car).
100 - 400 lm - outdoor use (night running, cycling, camping).
Above 400 lm - extreme occupations and sports (rescue workers, climbers).
