The ballast consists of 38 removable sandbags weighing 0.5 kg, thanks to which the ballast can be easily adjusted from 1 to 20 kg. The bags are evenly distributed, ensuring stability and comfort during movement even during intense training. The shoulder straps are extra stitched and the neck opening is spacious, so it does not restrict movement. The vest is fastened with four wide straps with Velcro fasteners that ensure a firm and stable fit. Thanks to its compact design and universal fit, the MASTER Weight Vest is suitable for all fitness levels and different types of exercise. The recommended body height for this model is 175 cm or more.
