The Merco Smash Extra volleyball trainer allows players to improve technique and reflexes. It consists of a neoprene belt with Velcro, whose circumference can be adjusted from 60 to 100 cm, and an elastic band. This ensures that the ball is returned after being played. You can also adjust the rubber and it will stretch up to 4 m when struck. Simply attach the ball to the rubber with the neoprene insert and Velcro strap. The package also includes one pair of hand extensions that force you to use primarily your fingers and not your whole palm during training.
