Dobrý den. Mikov, jako výrobce, poskytuje na všechny svoje výrobky standardně záruku 7 roků. Nečekám, že by k reklamaci došlo (první nůž Mikov mám už 35 let), ale přesto se zeptám, jak se k tomu Alza postaví, když na stránkách výrobce je požadavek (logický) na uplatnění reklamace u prodejce. Případně proč tuto 7 letou záruční dobu nenabízí přímo, určitě by to prodeji výrobků Mikov prospělo. External Link
