Recommended dosage
3 tablets 60 minutes before exercise, 3 tablets immediately after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. According to the recommended dosage, swallow the tablets and drink with plenty of water. Alcoholic and dairy beverages are not suitable. Don't bite the pills!
