Nutrend Isodrinx with caffeine with a blue raspberry flavor is the right drink to replenish fluids in sports. It is designed for activities with high intensity and relatively short duration.
Nutrend Isodrinx with caffeine is loose and together with water you dilute it exactly according to whether you want to create an isotonic or hypotonic variant. It is without artificial sweeteners and contains up to 10 vitamins. There is 80 mg of caffeine in one dose.

The dilution ratio for an ISOtonic beverage is 35 g per 500 ml of water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm / kg).
