Pieps POWDER BT

Avalanche finder Pieps POWDER BT is a suitable helper for mountain service, rescuers and fans of freeride skiing. It is designed to find a person covered in an avalanche and excels with its huge digital range of 60 m . Three integrated antennas allow very precise tracing of the buried person. Immediately after capturing the signal, the search engine begins to show the direction and distance to the person who was buried by the avalanche. It is equipped with a high-quality display that is easy to read even in poor conditions.

Pieps avalanche finder with integrated Bluetooth connection

Pieps POWDER BT belongs to the generation of search engines that offer Bluetooth. Through it , the search engine can be connected to the mobile application and PIEPS APP, in which you can download the current Firmware or perform a Self Check device. Through the application, it is also possible to set the autorevert time in the search engine, turn on or off the vibration and start the so-called Training Mode. It allows you to connect and control multiple search engines and simulate a training avalanche.

Pieps POWDER BT reliably finds people covered in avalanches

The Pieps avalanche finder has the Intelligent Transmitter function, thanks to which it automatically switches transmission antennas and supports wireless communication with the Pieps iProbe BT electronic probe. As soon as you switch on the device, its functionality and settings of all important elements are immediately verified, such as transmission frequency, antennas, amplifiers, processors and power batteries. The search engine is also equipped with the MARK function, which makes it easier to find more buried people . Its operation is enabled by 3 AAA batteries. Pieps POWDER BT is thus an indispensable helper in finding people who have been buried by an avalanche.
