Polar M450
Polar M450 is a great help for all cyclists. This computer is in itself combines everything you need for rides. Of course there are navigation features which represents the GPS module and a built-in barometer. You have a constant overview of its location, speed, distance traveled and route. On unfamiliar roads appreciate the great feature Back to Start. When enabled Polar M450 leads back to the place where you went.
When playing sport, you take advantage of the excellent training tests. Just connect via Bluetooth Smart heart rate belt, which is not included in the package, and get a comprehensive overview of their physical condition. You can also follow the development of their performances. For this purpose several measurements, including the cardiac stress test, heart rate fluctuations and overall endurance. From the data collected will then be calculated Polar M450 detailed statistics. These include, for example, the effects last training, calories burned and needed time to regenerate. Any information you can then view in Polar Flow.
