PROM-IN NITROX PUMP CAFFEINE & SYNEPHRINE is a complex pre-workout blend focused on supporting nitric oxide production, cellular hydration, energy activation, and mental concentration. It is based on the synergy of citrulline, A-AKG, beta-alanine, and creatine HCl, which create the conditions for uncompromisingly hard sets.

During intensive strength training, an athlete places increased demands on the body for blood flow to muscle tissue, cellular hydration, and neuromuscular coordination. One of the important factors for performance is the production of nitric oxide (NO), which is involved in regulating vascular tone and blood flow in muscle tissue. Sufficient blood flow to the muscles affects the transport of oxygen, nutrients, and metabolic intermediates produced during muscle work. In addition to blood flow, the cell volume of the muscle cell, the availability of substrates for muscle contraction, and the central nervous regulation of performance also play a role.

Preparation
Mix 22.5g (7 scoops) of the blend in 300ml of still water. Take 15–30 minutes before your workout.
Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 22.5g of the blend mixed in 300–500ml of water, taken approximately 15–30 minutes before a workout. From a biochemical point of view, it can be practical to time the intake about an hour after a light meal containing easily digestible carbohydrates and protein. This approach can improve the tolerance of the blend and its metabolic availability during training.

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
