Recommended dosage:
The recommended daily dosage is 24.4 g of the product (underweight people, men weighing less than 60 kg and women weighing less than 50 kg should take half the daily dose). Mix 8 aligned scoops (24.4 g of the product) with 400-500 ml of still water in a shaker. Take 15-20 minutes before your workout.
