Ingredients
- 100 ml Provamel BIO Almond drink
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds + 9 tablespoons water
- 100 g of oatmeal
- 80 g of almond powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spices (or cinnamon)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 bananas + 1 banana for decoration
- 150 g of cooked quinoa + extra for garnish
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with water. Let them soak until they thicken.
3. Meanwhile, mix the oats, almond powder, baking powder, gingerbread spices and salt. In another bowl, mash 3 bananas and mix with Provamel BIO almond drink. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Carefully mix the soaked chia seeds and the cooked quinoa.
4. Wipe the bread pan with coconut oil (or line with baking paper). Cut the last banana in half lengthwise. Pour the mixture into a mold and garnish with a banana and a little quinoa.
5. Bake for 60 minutes. If necessary, cover with the last 20 minutes with foil. Allow the sandwich to cool completely before removing it from the mold.
Tip: For even better taste, add a little chopped nuts and chocolate.
