Spokey Double Wheeld is a booster wheel that you can use to enhance the strength of your abdominal, back, chest and shoulder muscles. Easily reinforce and shape these areas, at any time of the year. It even works well in rehabilitation and correction exercises. It is equipped with a solid metal rod and a non-slip handle that is easily cleaned. The dual-wheel exercise is very simple and improves your overall fitness. Exercise consists of riding the wheel as far forward as possible and then back to the starting position. The exercise can be standing up, sitting and kneeling.
