TRINFIT Vivo B400 Rotoped and its functions
You can diversify your training with a manual program, in which you can preset the length of the training, distance, number of calories burned, or the maximum heart rate value (the exercise bike will warn you if it exceeds, to reduce the intensity of the exercise). For maximum training efficiency, you can use heart rate measurement through the palm heart rate sensors on the handles of the trainer. After your workout, you can use the RECOVERY mode, which evaluates your current physical condition based on the difference in your heart rate. There is also an indicative body fat measurement with the Body Fat function. Thanks to the handy tablet or smartphone holder, you can play your favourite music or YouTube channel while training.
