Stand for optimal monitor height. Under the rules of proper ergonomics, the monitor should be at a height so that its upper edge is at least eye level. However, most common monitors and desks are far below this, increasing cervical spinal cord stress and back pain. This stand eliminates this situation and will contribute to your health providing greater comfort, which you will certainly appreciate when working long hours. It is also suitable for lifting laptop monitors - so they can conveniently be converted to a desktop LCD.
