For more than 50 years, Stax has been dedicated to the production of premium electrostatic headphones. Based on long-term research and experience, it comes with a novelty called SRS-002. This is a portable and 2 AA batteries powered by the SRM-002 amplifier and the SR-002 headphones. They have a new, thinner and 15% lighter membrane compared to their previous versions. The result is rich and absolutely pure sound reproduction, both in low and high positions.

In addition to a perfectly precise musical interpretation, the headphones also provide a very decent portion of comfort . This is ensured in particular by 3 types of earbuds and an arched construction over the head that gives its owner more than an extra portion of the stability when wearing them.
