The Steba RC 68 electric grill with its aluminium cast plate has become an indispensable grilling companion. It prepares meals with only traceamounts of fat. With the grill, steaks are better able to retain their juice and smell, cheeses won't be swimming in oil and vegetables will be nice and crisp. Because of the dimensions of the grilling plate, you can prepare several portions at the same time. Therefore, you and your guests do not have to wait long for your hunger to dissipate. Simply place the meat on the grill first, as it takes the longest to cook, and then move on to starter and side dish preparation.
In addition to classic grilling, you can also enjoy the preparation of raclette cheese. This is accomplished with the eight non-stick enamelled pans. These pans make it possible to enjoy the delicacy either baked or warmed up just enough so that the cheese maintains a nice creamy texture.
