The Strong MESHTRIAX3000EU WiFi extender is a network device designed to extend your wireless network coverage and eliminate signal dead spots in your home. The device operates in three modes: router, extender, or access point. The dual-band system uses the WiFi 6 standard for stable data transfer with a total speed of up to 2976Mbps. Speed and frequency bands
The device operates as a dual-band system, broadcasting on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. On the 2.4GHz band, it reaches speeds of up to 574Mbps, while the 5GHz band provides a transfer speed of up to 2402Mbps. This combination enables smooth streaming and fast data downloads for multiple users simultaneously. The system supports 802.11g, 802.11ac, 802.11a, 802.11n, 802.11ax and 802.11b standards, ensuring backward compatibility with older types of wireless devices in the home.
Easy Mesh technology
The system uses Easy Mesh technology to create a unified network with a single name (SSID) throughout the building. The interconnected units support intelligent roaming and automatic routing. This prevents signal dropouts when moving between rooms with a connected phone or computer. If one node fails, the Auto Healing function automatically reroutes the network through other active points, maintaining a stable connection.
Capacity and WiFi 6 standards
With support for MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies, the system can handle a high number of endpoints. Up to 254 devices can be connected to the network simultaneously without losing transmission stability. Support for the 802.11ax standard ensures efficient distribution of the wireless signal to all corners of the building. The system uses a dual-core 900MHz processor to handle heavy network traffic and distribute user load in real time.
Network security
Data protection is handled by modern encryption protocols: WPA, WPA2-PSK, WPA2, WPA3, and WPA-PSK. There are also integrated parental controls for managing children's internet access and filtering addresses. Users can create up to 8 separate SSIDs to securely separate different types of traffic, for example, for guests or smart home devices. Security features are complemented by an integrated firewall and VPN passthrough support.
Physical interface and connectivity
Each unit contains four internal antennas with a gain of 3dBi for omnidirectional signal propagation. For wired connections, there are two 1Gbit LAN ports and one WAN port with Auto MDI/MDIX support. The ports are used for stable connections to TVs, game consoles, NAS network storage, or desktop computers. For increased performance, individual nodes can be connected directly via an Ethernet cable using the Ethernet backhaul function.
Easy management and expandability
The network can be set up and managed using the ATRIA Mesh mobile app for Android and iOS. The basic set of three units, with coverage of up to 525m², can be expanded to up to 6 units. This allows you to cover an area of up to 1050m² over several floors. The hardware Connect & Secure (WPS) button on the device is used to quickly pair additional units or connect new wireless devices.
