Dobrý den, po ročním používání nám přestalo fungovat přepínání mezi kanály pomocí tlačítek 1-9. Přepnutí funguje pouze u kanálů čt. U jiných stanic po chvilve co nastavíme kanál se objeví hláška: režim nahrávaní. Set-top box jsem dala do továrního nastavení a nepomohlo to. Poradíte mám zda se máme obrátit na servis nebo co mám udělat k nápravě? Děkuji

Dobrý den. Po odpojení od sitě 230v zmizí přenastavení kanálů dle upraveného pořadí. dá se nějak uložit nastavení , aby programy zůstaly ve stejném pořadí ? Děkuji.
