The SWISS AQUA WASHBALL water softener contains a patented system of conductive materials which, when water flows, form a galvanic wet cell, which results in the dissolution of limescale. It is a maintenance-free device with its own energy source. WASHBALL is made of special plastic with rubber properties, resistant to shocks and abrasion. The water softener promotes the dissolution of organic impurities and ensures better dissolution of the detergent, which significantly reduces its consumption. He can even handle animal hair. SWISS AQUA WASHBALL will take care of preserving the original colour of your laundry and softening it without the use of fabric softener. You can use the water softener for up to 1500 washes, which corresponds to approximately three washes for 10 years.

Dobrý den, dokázal by mně někdo (pokud možno) jednoduše a (hlavně) rozumně vysvětlit princip fungování tohoto "magic ballu"? Nemám na mysli opsání toho, co je uvedeno tady na stránkách, ale skutečně fyzikálně-chemický proces, který za tím stojí. Děkuji.

Dobrý deň, chcem sa opýtať že tú gulicku treba mať stále b práčke aj keď je samotné pranie spolu s oblečením? Či to aa dáva sem tam preventívne bez oblečenia len že sa to pustí v prázdnej práčke aby to uvolnilo vodný kameň?... A ak je to aj spolu s oblečením.. He jedmo či ide o biele, čierne či farebné.. A zároveň je to vhodné pri praní aj s detským novorodeneckým oblečením? Ďakujem krásne

Hezký den. Jak mám rozumět, že se do myčky nemají přidávat žádná změkčovadla, pokud se používá tato koule? Nemá se do myčky dávat změkčovací sůl? Používat nějaké speciální mycí prostředky,tablety? A je nějaké určení, kam se koule v myčce dává? Děkuji, Jitka.

Dobrý den máme tvrdou vodu tak strašně že stupeň nejvyšší tvrdosti je překročen aspoň 5x Prášek se mi usazuje na prádle a tím pádem ,barevné prádlo šedne. Prosím.pomohl by mě o v tomto případě Váš výrobek. Moc děkuji za odpověď
