Malá viditelnost. Dnes jsem u vás zakoupil tento produkt ale po zapojení se velmi slabě zobrazuje ovládací displej. Nevím jestli se dá zvýšit nějak světlost nebil manuál. Co stým mám dělat ?

Dobrý den, manuál na který odkazujete, je pouze manuál na montáž, ale nikoli manuál na samotné ovládání. Bylo by možno dát odkaz na manuál NÁVOD na OVLÁDÁNÍ? Děkuji

Nefunkční dálkový ovladač Dobrý den, nefunguje mi DO. Baterii mám správnou, DO však vůbec nekomunikuje s panelem. Panel je jinak zcela funkční. Neřešil někdo podobný problém? Bude stačit Vám pro potřeby reklamace zaslat pouze panel a ovladač? Samotné topení mám zabudované, navíc mi to přijde zbytečné ho posílat také.
