Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem si mikrofon Synco Lav-S6D, připojila jsem ho Jackem k mobilu (mám Iphone) a nefunguje to. Ani přes manželův mobil (Android) to nefungovalo, a to jsme to měli správně přepnuté na vstup přes mobil. Máte nějaký tip, co s tím? Stáhnout nějakou jinou aplikaci, na které to půjde? Nechce se mi kvůli tomu kupovat kamera...

Dobrý deň, pre Android Redmi 7 je potrebná nejaká aplikácia navyše, alebo stačí zapojiť Synco mikrofón a nahrávať jednoducho ako cez telefón? Ďakujem

Dobrý deň, mám ťažkosti s týmto mikrofónom v móde "Camera". Zdá sa mi, že tento mód je aktívny (používa predzosilenie a batériu), zatiaľ čo mód "Phone" je pasívny. Vedeli by ste mi potvrdiť alebo vyvrátiť túto teoriu? Problém je, že v režime "Camera" môj mikrofón náhodne vytvára vysoký šum, batériu som vymieňal niekoľkokrát a nemalo by to byť ňou. Pri prvých používaniach to nerobil - môže ísť o poruchu.
