Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem u vás tento mikrofon. V telefonu funguje dobře, ale když ho připojím k fotoaparátu Canon EOS 6D tak nefunguje. Nefunguje ani v režimu camera ani v režimu phone.Veškeré nastavení ve fotoaparátu jsem také zkoušela. Zároveň mi v tomto fotoaparátu jiné mikrofony se stejným jackem normálně fungují. Můžete prosím poradit kde je problém? Údajně existuje nějaký adaptér, který by mohl problém vyřešit, ale nevím jaký typ adapteru to je. Obě koncovky jsou jack 3,5 mm. Mám mikrofon reklamovat nebo je možné jiné řešení? Děkuji.
