Dobry den, mne sa tiež slúchadlá same vypínajú po 4 minútach. A to ich mam prepojené na telku rovnakej znacky. Viete poradit alebo ma tiez len odkazete na stranku alebo FB TCL? Ďakujem

Koupil jsem sluchátka TCL ELIT400BT Midnight Blue k TV 65" Samsung UE65KS7502. Po připojení k Bluetooth k TV se po 4 min. vypnou. Zkoušel jsem je připojit k laptopu Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 (4.0 USB), taky se po 4 min. vypíná, zkusil jsem je připojit k telefonu Nokia N8 a tady hraly bez přerušení. Vzhledem k tomu, že se udává u sluchátek Bluetooth 5.0, pořídil jsem si zařízení Omnitronic WDT-5.0 Bluetooth přijímač/vysílač s AptX HD, které připojuji k TV přes Receiver HDMI Yamaha a opětovně po spárování atd.s vysílačem, hrají pouze cca 4 min. a pak se sluchátka vypnou. Vyzkoušel jsem okolo vypnout veškeré zařízení Bluetooth, vypnul v celém domě Wifi internetu, prostě všechno, co jsem vyčetl v návodech a v různých diskuzních forech na internetu a už si s tím nevím rady. Je to velice nepříjemné každé 4 min. opětovně zapínat sluchátka. Jinak jsem s nimi spokojený. Tak snad mi někdo poradí co s tím. Děkuji. A doufám, že mne zase "nepřesměrujete" někam na nějaké jiné stránky!

Koupil jsem si tyto sluchátka k TV 65" Samsung UE65KS7502. Po spárováni hrají tak 10 min a pak se samy vypnou. Je chyba v tom, že nejsou kompatibilní s Bluetooth v TV či je chyba v něčem jiném? Poradí mi někdo? Děkuji.
