Zakoupil jsem MOVETIME Family Watch MT40 2x (pro děti), nainstaloval aplikaci na telefon. Ačkoliv byly po vloženi SIM s datovym tarifem připojené do sítě, nebylo je možné sparovat s aplikaci na mobilu a tudíž nic nastavit. skenování QR kodu vyhodí hlášku "toto zařízení je neplatné", vložení IMEI kodu v telefonu vyhodí vyzvu k zadání kodu, nicméně hodinky žádný nezobrazí, tudíž toto řešení nefunguje, spojení pomocí bluetooth hodinky nenajde. Za mně totální šmejd

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat- když na hodinky zavolám z přednastaveného čísla, přijme se hovor automaticky po několika zazvoněních, pokud senior (dítě) do té doby nepřijme hovor sám (samo)? Předem moc děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý deň.Kupila som si hodiny Movetime Family Watch MT40SX Na obrazovke sa ukáže že sa nabíja ju. Po 3 hodinách ich chcem zapnúť a vôbec nefungujú. Už sa to opakovalo 2 krát po 24 hodinách. Môžete mi poradiť ako zapnúť hodinky. Ďakujem

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem tyto hodinky svému dědovi a snažila jsem se je zprovoznit pomocí aplikace TCL Connect. V aplikaci je i obrázkový návod, shodný s tištěným návodem v krabičce, takže se nemohu splést v postupu. I přesto nelze hodinky spárovat. Jdou zapnout, zobrazí se, že je vložena SIM karta ale nejde z nich volat, najít kontakt, zavolat na ně,...prostě nic nefunguje. Nezobrazuje se QR kód, pouze IMEI. Vše je ale i na krabičce nebo uvnitř v návodu. Snažím se naskenovat ale vždy to napíše "Platnost QR kódu vypršela, zkuste to znovu." Žádný z přiložených QR kódů nefunguje. Tak zkouším přes vložení IMEI čísla...asi 6x kontrolováno, že je opravdu opsáno správně...opsáno z krabičky, návodu, hodinek...všude souhlasí, je stejné. Aplikace mi napíše "Číslo IMEI není správné." Zkoušela jsem aplikaci stáhnout do několika telefonů s Android 5.0 a novějším...stále to samé. Dokonce jsem stáhla i aplikaci TCLMOVE, kde je uveden stejný postup...opět NIC :-( Jiné-nové hodinky...a opět nic :-(

Dobry den prajem, kupili sme hodinky od znamych, oni uz nemajú aplikaciu, my sme ich restartovali a stale pise, ze uz tieto hodinky ma niekto ine pridelene, ako sa to da spravit aby boli uplne vymazane teda povodny spravca? dakuje.
