Tecsun PL-365 Multi-Band Radio

The Tecsun PL-365 is the latest model in our truly pocket-sized range of multi-band surveillance receivers.

The unique shape and dimensions of the Tecsun PL-365 design were based on the requirements of our military and police customers so that the radio easily fits on a belt clip or in pants or a backpack.

The RF design of the Tecsun PL-365 has been updated and now uses the SiLabs Si 4735 chipset (the older PL-360 used the Si 4734 chipset).

The new chipset adds one SSB (SSB) band to the Tecsun PL-365 band and increases SW bandwidth coverage up to 30 MHz.

The Tecsun PL-365 further improves the sound clarity of received signals by using digital signal processing technology to process the received sound and cancel out any background and RF noise.

The life of the Tecsun PL-365 battery has been improved to a maximum of 225 hours per set of three AA alkaline cells.

The Tecsun PL-365 also includes an internal charging circuit for charging AA cells (not included) via the USB port for connection to the radio.

Features transferred from the previous model (Tecsun PL360) include the use of an external ferrite rod antenna for AM reception.

The use of an external ferrite rod antenna with the Tecsun PL-365 is intended to overcome the limitations of the handheld format and provide impressive AM power (MW) for its class.

Further improvement of AM signal reception can be achieved by using a radio signal with our Tecsun AN-200 AM antenna.

The Tecsun PL-365 is the only radio in the Tecsun series, except (Tecsun S2000 and S8800 Desktop Radio), which provides antenna connection for the AM / MW band.

The Tecsun PL-365 radio is the ideal radio that can be used for AM / MW EMI thanks to its external AM antenna and display showing the signal strength in dBuV.

The Tecsun PL-365 provides an extended FM band of up to 76 MHz, which allows the radio to receive broadcasts not intended for the general public.

The Tecsun PL-365 supports our patented Easy Tune (ETM) method, a one-touch auto-scan and memorization feature that scans a selected band and stores the received signals in a temporary memory for quick selection of stored signals.
