Food preparation has never been easier! The innovative Tefal Ingenio Elegance system is so versatile that you really will use it every time you work in the kitchen. This pan is fully compatible with other Ingenio parts. It has a new non-stick Titanium Excellence inside surface and a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator to indicate the optimum cooking temperature. At the same time, the pan has a non-stick outer surface so it is easy to clean. The pan can also be used in the oven and dishwasher. It can be used for gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cookers.
The Ingenio handle is not included.
Extremely resistant non-stick surface, which lasts up to 3 times longer than other Tefal non-stick surfaces. The base layer is enriched with titanium to achieve greater hardness. The surface was made by patented fusion technology. The upper non-stick layer is enriched with titanium particles for higher durability and longer life.
Due to the Thermo-Spot indicator, you won't hesitate to know if your pan is sufficiently hot. It keeps track of the temperature for you. As soon as the pointer in the centre of the pan turns completely red, you can be sure that it is the right time ass your ingredients. Your food will then be cooked to complete perfection!
Tefal started in 1954, when the brand was founded in France by Marc Grégoire after he made his first non-stick pan at home for his wife.
