Dobrý den, při výrobě jogurtů - když naplním jednotlivé ohnivzdorné nádoby směsí mléka a jogurtu, musí se nádobky uzavřít víčkem nebo se víčko nepoužívá?

Má ten hrnec opravdu nádobu o objemu 5 litrů ??? Všude jinde se uvádí 1,8 litrů. U konkurence jsem ho viděl na vlastní oči a má jen 1,8 litrů. Je to docela podstatná věc. Děkuji za odpověď :)
