Steam boosts

The patented Tefal technology which generates a large amount of steam allows it to penetrate faster into fabrics to eliminate even stubborn creases. Steam is boosted up to 230g/min, so that even the biggest, most stubborn creases do not have a chance.

Automatic shutdown

For the best possible safety, you get the Tefal FV9785 Ultimate Anti-Calc auto-off function so there is no need to worry about whether the appliance has been turned off. If left unattended, the iron will turn itself off after eight minutes when on its heel, and after 30 seconds when laid down on its side or with its soleplate facing down.

Automatic steam setting

With the Automatic Steam control function, you don't have to worry about selecting the amount of steam. Just select the temperature for the type of linen you are ironing and the iron will do the rest. 

Double Anti-Drip

When ironing delicate fabrics at low temperatures, it prevents any water from dripping on the fabrics. 

Bulk water tank

This iron has a large water tank with a total capacity of 350ml. This makes it easy to iron a large amount of linen.

Patented calc collector

 Designed by Tefal, Ultimate Anti-Calc boasts an innovation, the anti-calc collector, that is a powerful weapon against limescale. Thanks to the specially designed steam circuit in the iron, the limescale that builds up during ironing is fed directly into the anti-calc system and collected in a single step. The anti-calc collector is a removable drawer that is quick and straightforward to empty.
