Dobrý den. Dnes jsem zakoupil tuto žehličku. Chci se zeptat, zda je normální, že u použití páry prská a stříká vodu? Od žehličky této cenové kategorie jsem očekával něco více a prozatím tuto vlastnost považuji za vadu produktu. Přemýšlím o vrácení produktu. Děkuji předem za Vaše vyjádření.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat zda v normálním zapnutém stavu u žehličky FV9788 svítí kontrolka Auto-Stop a při např. pádu nebo nečinnosti začne blikat. Nebo zda kontrolka má být zhasnutá při normálním žehlení. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, chtěla bych poprosit o radu a ujištění, že se opravdu jedná o vadu na žehličce. Po nějaké době žehlení jsem si nejprve všimla, že z žehličky kape voda, a poté jsem zjistila, že se vypnula. Poté jsem opakovaně zkoušela žehličku vypojit a znovu zapojit, zkoušela jsem i jiné zásuvky. Poté jsem zkoušela i s žehličkou zatřást pro případ, že se jednalo o automatické vypnutí, ale žehlička už se nezapla. Předpokládám, že je tedy vadná, a není chyba na mé straně. Děkuji za odpověď.
