Food preparation has never been easier! The innovative Tefal Ingenio Authentic system is so versatile that you can use it every time you work in the kitchen. This pan is fully compatible with other Ingenio parts. It features a new non-stick Titanium Mineralia+ surface and a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator that indicates the optimum cooking temperature. In addition, the pan has an external non-stick surface, making it is very easy to clean. The pan can also be used in the oven and the dishwasher. It can be used on gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cookers.
The Ingenio handle is not included.
The high-quality non-stick surface offers extreme scratch resistance. Its excellent surface properties are achieved by adding hard mineral particles to the mixture during production. This forms the non-stick coating on the pan, which ensures the long functionality and durability of the non-stick surface.
With the Thermo-Spot indicator, you never have to wonder about the temperature of the pan. The temperature is monitored for you. As soon as the pointer in the centre of the pan turns fully red, you can be certain that it is the perfect time to add the food. Your dishes will be cooked to perfection!
