Its perfect design underlines the fact that it was made in France, and the quality of the materials used means it can be used on gas, electric and glass-ceramic hobs. The Thermo Spot temperature indicator tells you precisely when the pan is hot. The pan has a solid Dutiful base with an alloy layer that ensures uniform heat dissipation and is resistant to warping. The ergonomic handle makes using the pan very comfortable, and due to the materials used in its manufacture, it's fine in the dishwasher. In addition, you can use it in an oven up to 175°C.
