Helpful graphics on the front of the fryer help you judge frying times for different types of food and you can easily use the large dial to set the temperature. You can also use the integrated digital timer to set the cooking time which will ring to let you know your food is ready.
You can watch your food fry and monitor progress through the fryer's large transparent cover and an anti-odour filter will absorb odours and fumes stopping them from spreading from your kitchen.
