This wok from the Reserve Collection boasts an exceptionally practical design and modern features. The hard anodised finish on the outside of the pan gives it a distinctive look and great durability, while the riveted stainless steel handle adds a unique touch. With the Reserve Collection, you will always be able to prepare healthy, low-fat meals thanks to the non-stick titanium-enriched surface, which ensures easy cleaning and a long service life. With the Thermo-Spot temperature indicator, you will always know whether or not the pan has reached the desired temperature. This pan can be washed in the dishwasher and is suitable for use in an oven up to 250°C (only 175°C with the glass lid). The pan is compatible with gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction cookers.
