Je to měsíc co jsem zakoupil tohle tvrzené sklo společně s telefonem. Po nalepení bylo vše v pořádku, ovšem po týdnu se sklo začalo odlepovat v horní a dolní části uprostřed. Sklo tedy musím neustále několikrát denně přimáčknout, aby se pod něj nedostával prach. Dnes však sklo v horní části telefonu přimáčknu a ono pěkně prasklo. Teď se konečně neodlepuje :-D Ale rozhodně nechci mít prasklinu přes displej. Sklo jsem chtěl reklamovat, ovšem reklamační formulář zde na Alze má nejspíš odradit od jakékoliv reklamace, jelikož při vyplnění údajů se vždy střetnu s hláškou: "Vašim požadavkům nevyhovuje žádné zboží" Takže tímto bych se rád zeptal Alzy co s tím mám dělat? A zároveň bych si dovolil zboží nedoporučit všem ostatním. Myslím, že je lepší si koupit ochranou fólii, protože tvrzené sklo, které bude dokonale sedět na zahnutém displeji nejspíš neexistuje.

muze mi nekdo prosim vysvetlit ,jak se muze prodavat vec ktera absolutne nefunguje ?Mam uz treti treti sklo a kazde z nich se odlepuje ,nereaguje na dotyk ,clovek musi silne zatlacit aby se aspon neco stalo...doporzucuju vsem nekupovat ...akorat budete nastvany

Dobrý den, chci se zeptat, proč není možné tento výrobek vrátit do 14 dni? Na mém účtu mi to píše, Zboží již nelze vrátit a přitom je od koupení pouze 10 dní. Abych byla konkrétní, koupila jsem sklo a nechala si ho nalepit přímo u vás, ještě tento den se mi odlepilo. Šla jsem reklamovat, reklamace uznána, dostala jsem nový kus, ale nalepit už jsem si ho nenechala, protože nevěřím, že by tam vydrželo déle než to první. Mám tedy nepoškozené, neotevřené balení. Chtěla jsem ho proto vráti, ale zaráží mě hláška na webu, že zboží již nelze vrátit. Ze zákona je na vrácení ale 14 dní, jak to teda chápat?
