Je škoda, že u objednávky mobilního telefonu Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro LTE 64GB černá a následně ochranného krytu tempered-glass-protector-pro-xiaomi-redmi-note-8-pro a v objednávce když zvolím aplikovat ochrannou folii za poplatek 430,- Kč se nemyslí tím nalepení toho ochranného skla tempered-glass-protector-pro-xiaomi-redmi-note-8-pro ale jen obyčejné folie. Dnes jsem musel tak telefonicky s Alzou z objednávky než bude definitivně vyřízena a odeslána na Alza prodejnu v Ostravě vyřadit právě to ochranné sklo, jelikož zaměstnanci nalepí jen ochrannou folii a nevím jestli by šlo na ochrannou folii ještě nalepit to sklo. Proto jako námět bych doporučoval aby při objednávce mobilního telefonu to bylo více a jasně uvedeno, že se nalepuje folie a žádné sklo. Zákazník je pak zmaten v domnění, že mi tam nalepíte ochranné sklo.
