Ahoj.Po stažení apky a instalaci mi vyhledala zásuvka wifinu Tenda Smart Plug 84B0. Když se na ní připojim píše to hlášku :Připojeno bez internetu. Dái se už nedostanu abych dokončil nastavení. Ví prosím někdo kde dělám chybu ? Nebo mam špatně nastavenej telefon ? Předem díky za rady. Petr .

DObrý den, jaký je správný postup pro připojení závusky do Google Home? pokud použiji obvyklý postup - tj. GH dám propojit se službou Tenda Beli (na adrese google.cloud.tneda.com.cn - tak ačkoli použiji můj tenda beli účet, tak mi to hlásí, že účet není nalezen.. - v aplikaci tenda beli ale účet vidím..

Ahoj.Tak se mi povedlo zásuvku zprovoznit , tak že moc díky za radu. Bohužel když se zásuvka vypne prochází skrz ní nějaký proud.V ní zapojený světýlka lehce žhavjej a podomácku změřeno digitálnim multimetrem je tam 110 Voltů. Předem díky za rady čim to muže bejt. Petr.

Kúpil som 3ks tejto zásuvky. Ani jedna mi nejde pripojiť na WIFI. Router som nastavil na 2,4GHz, typ b. Telefón nájde zásuvku po pripojení sa na sieť TENDA.... Následne ponúkne dostupné WIFI siete. Vyberiem tú, ktorá sa má použiť na pripojenie. Je nastavená na 2,4GHz, typ b....heslo je 8 znakové, funkčné. Ani jedna zásuvka sa nepripája. Aplikácia v telefóne má udelené povolenia, zapnuté GPS, vypnuté datové pripojenie. Čo robím zle? Skúšal som sa pripojiť aj na druhú sieť, bez zabezpečenia...ani to nejde.

Dobrý den jak mám postupovat od 12.8.2022 přestala chytrá zásuvka komunikovat s aplikací, na internetu jsem vyčetla, že se to stalo více lidem. I přes několik restartů zásuvky a odinstalování aplikace a znovu nainstalování se nedaří spojit tudíž je mi zásuvka u bazénu k ničemu zásuvku jsem koupila letos mohu ji donést na reklamaci a ráda bych zakoupila jinou. moc děkuji za odpověd
