Olive oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerol, purified water).

Recommended dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: 1 capsule per day. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.

Notice

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight. Use the capsules immediately after removing them from the blister. Suitable for celiacs, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.
