TEREZIA Vitamin D3 1000 IU 90 capsules + Vitamin D3 400 IU 10 ml
Vitamin D is very important for the human body, so here is a dietary supplement in the form of 90 capsules for adults TEREZIA Vitamin D3 1000 IU and in addition as a gift TEREZIA Vitamin D3 400 IU 10 ml in drops. Vitamin D is fat-soluble and primarily found in two forms: D2 (ergocalciferol) and D3 (cholecalciferol) as the active form found in humans, which is thus better absorbed. Vitamin D is essential for bone and dental health, helps the body absorb calcium from the diet and is also good for supporting immunity and muscle function. It is recommended especially for seniors and women in menopause. The olive oil used, whose properties are well known, ensures effective absorption of vitamin D3 into the body.

Dosage:
The capsules: adults and adolescents from 15 years of age 1 capsule per day. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.
Drops: Infants from birth and children up to 12 years 1 drop per day. Adults and children from 12 years 2 drops per day.
Warning:
Dietary supplement, capsules are not suitable for children under 15 years of age, drops can be taken by children from birth. Assessed by the Czech Paediatric Society. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25 °C, refrigerate drops after opening. Consume the capsule immediately after removing it from the blister. Do not use with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. The drops are suitable for a gluten-free diet.
