Recommended dosage

Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over: 1 capsule per day. The capsule is swallowed whole and washed down with water or its contents are squeezed into food. It can be used as needed and for a long time.

Not suitable for children under 15 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place up to 25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.
