Dobrý den, mám vysavač od Vás delší dobu. Už tak čtvrt roku zlobí v aplikaci Tuya vysavač tím, že nejde zapnout eco mód. Nejde to však ani ovladačem, který je přiložený k vysavači. Nevíte co by mohlo být problémem? Děkuji.

Dobrý den, vysavač mi nejde propojit s aplikací, postupuji přesně dle návodu v manuálu, aplikaci mám nainstalovanou, s Wi-fi problém není. Nicméně vysavač nevytvoří hotspot a nemám se tedy k čemu připojit. Můžete mi prosím poradit? Děkuji Aneta.

Dobrý den, nevíte někdo, proč vysavač po nějaké době, co se nabijí v dokovací stanici začne pípat a svítit červeně? nevím, zda ho mám vypínat nebo nechat jen tak?
