Dobrý den, myslím, že by bylo vhodné, kdybyste do popisu produktu přidali důrazné upozornění, že chytré stmívače potřebují ke svému fungování nulový vodič. Myslím, že je ještě celá řada domácností, která neměnila světelné rozvody (upravila pouze zásuvky dle nových norem), tj. má ve vypínačích pouze fázi. Výsledkem chybějící informace je to, že půjdu stmívač ve 14denní lhůtě vrátit. Pro mě je to ztráta času a pro Vašeho pracovníka zbytečná práce. Děkuji a mějte klidné Vánoce.
