The Tesla TE-300 set-top box is certified by Czech Radiocommunications and supports HEVC/H.265 for receiving DVB-T2 digital terrestrial broadcasts. It also supports the older DVB-T format. Besides its compact size, the Tesla TE-300 also offers an EPG, Czech teletext, Timeshift, and a USB port for connecting external storage devices to play films, music, or photos. You can also record programmes onto a USB device, including those that are on when you're not at home. Thanks to the supported HDMI-CEC function, you can control your Tesla TE-300 set-top box and your other devices with just one remote control. All devices simply need to support the HDMI-CEC function. The necessary firmware can be downloaded here. You can connect the Tesla TE-300 to your TV using HDMI or SCART.

HDMI-CEC function
A function designed to control connected devices via an HDMI cable using just one remote control. Individual devices with CEC support can therefore control each other. For example, the remote control for the TESLA TE-300 set-top box can also turn the TV on or off (both devices must support the HDMI-CEC function).
Multimedia
You can play films, music, or photos from an external USB storage device. You can also record broadcasted programmes and set up recordings for when you are away. You can then play the recording back at any time and even fast-forward through the adverts. The TESLA TE-300 receiver also features a TimeShift function for this purpose.
Easy installation
The TESLA TE-300 device enables very easy and fast installation thanks to automatic tuning of all available TV and radio programmes. Advanced users can also use the option of manually tuning individual channels as needed.
