Use
Tourmaline socks are recommended to wear in the evening. You should start with 10-15 minutes a day, gradually increasing the wearing time to 8-10 hours (maybe even overnight). Socks should be worn with the tourmaline "dots" facing inwards.
Contraindications
It is not recommended to use products with tourmaline in the following cases: Elevated body temperature, cancer, varicose veins or damaged skin at the application site. The product is not recommended for people with metal implants in the body, including pacemakers. People with increased thyroid function should consult a doctor.
