The TomTom GPS Spark 3 Cardio + Music + Bluetooth headphones, with a small strap size and a black colour, gives you precise measurement of your GPS position, as well as the ability to play over 500 tracks directly from your wrist. That's just how much it fits in mp3 format with 3GB of music storage.

By acquiring these running watches with a large 144 x 168 pixel graphic display, you'll get a whole host of other features e.g. real-time running data, or route tracking. The size of the strap is 125 - 172mm. They are designed not only for running, but also a range of other sports.

Endurance and communication

These watches use Bluetooth technology to transfer data to a PC. View the data on your watch in either in the TomTom MySports app or in one of your favourite running apps. Control of the watch is done simply by means of a single button. TomTom's Bluetooth headphones are also part of the watch package.

The watch is very light and thin. In normal operation, the watch lasts for about 3 weeks. If you turn on GPS, it will provide up to 11 hours of operation. Do you want to watch your position, heartbeat and play your favourite music? Enjoy all of this simultaneously for up to 5 hours!

Using TomTom watches with this feature, can tell you what fitness level you are and how to improve it. All thanks to your VO2max value which is compared to the global average for your age. During training, you get fitness points and, by monitoring your physiology, find out what type is best for you.
