Dobry den, cisticka mi prave dorazila a nefunguje. Po zapnuti se sama automaticky vypne po max. 3 minutach (at uz je nebo neni nastaveno Auto). V manualu je k tomu rada, aby se vycistil senzor prachu, ale to nepomaha, navic jsem cisticku prave vybalil a zadne prasne prostredi tu neni. V manualu navic chybi stranky a AJ je na urovni maleho ditete, jsou tam chyby a nedava to smysl. Cestina tam neni vubec. Cela cisticka pusobi lacinne jako nejaky padelek, jsem z toho dost zklamany. Nevite, jak resit to samovypinani cisticky? Dekuji

Good afternoon, I just received this product about 2 hours ago (I bought an unwrapped one). I plugged in, and it does absolutely nothing, I cannot turn on. In the claims section I do not see the product so canont claim. What should I do? I need a working equipment...
